Exchanges & Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 21 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the documents that came with your purchase.

You will need to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you wish to return the product and apply for a refund, please contact us at sales@woodlore.co.nz and we will get in touch with you on how to arrange shipment and refund depending on your location and payment method.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
